Escape&#8230;..Enjoy a moment at your office pond&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>If that sounded \u00a0right in your ears, then you work for \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/\">Bloomberg<\/a> London&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Putting their employees\u2019 well-being first, \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/\">Bloomberg<\/a>&#8216;s London\u00a0office wanted to give their workers a place to easily escape and relax, if even just for a moment.<br \/>\nInstead of \u00a0creating a dull break room, they commissioned design team\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.raw-edges.com\/\">Raw Edges<\/a> to create the \u201cPond\u201d&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yiuco.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/Raw-edges_pond3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1478\" title=\"Raw-edges_pond3\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yiuco.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/Raw-edges_pond3.jpg\" width=\"560\" height=\"373\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Pond is a curvy\u00a0bench\u00a0surrounding a collage of computer screens.<br \/>\n40 wooden pallets and 60 old computer screens from the trash of the Bloomberg office itself, were used to create this unique installation.<br \/>\nThe screens display constant animation, including a fantastical child-like rendition of pond life; frogs are jumping from screen to screen, ducks are swimming, lily pads are floating by and all these under the sounds of birds and water ripples.<\/p>\n<p>Please, please Bloomberg, hire me!!!!!!<\/p>\n<p>(via: <a href=\"http:\/\/inhabitat.com\/take-your-lunch-break-by-raw-edges-pond\/\">inhabitat<\/a>)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tough day in the office?
