Everything started on March 5th, east of LA, when National Geographic Channel<\/a> launched this\u00a0real-life version of the\u00a0UP\u00a0balloon-lofted house from an\u00a0air field\u00a0to\u00a0break the\u00a0world record\u00a0for the largest flight of balloons in a cluster.

The launch was filmed for a series on the National Geographic Channel called How Hard It Can Be?<\/em><\/p>\n

What the did is to built a 16′ X 16′ house 18′ tall with 300 8′ colored weather balloons\u00a0and let it go from a private airfield east of Los Angeles.
\nThe experimental aircraft flew over an hour and \u00a0was the result of dedicated work by engineers, scientists, and two experienced balloon pilots.<\/p>\n
