The artist Caitlind Brown created CLOUD, a large-scale interactive installation for the arts festival Nuit Blanche in Calgary.
The installation was made out of 6,000 donated burnt out light bulbs and the viewer is encouraged to wander through a rain of pull strings switching on and off lights.
By activating CLOUD’s animating light bulbs the illusion of lightning is created on the cloud’s surface.
